Beast of the Week is a weekly award given to the best performance by a youth league player in the previous weekend’s games. Awards are announced every Thursday with the Tip of the Week.

Mikey Stolzenberg Scores at the Pockets & Sockets Lacrosse Tournament
This week’s Beast comes from the Pockets and Sockets Tournament. Playing in a lacrosse game for the first time since becoming a 4-time amputee, Mikey Stolzenberg electrified the crowd with his inspiring play. Just suiting up would have been Beast-like, but then he went in there, scooped up a few ground balls, scored 3 goals and through a few body checks. He even faked high and shot low on his first goal.
